Connecting with the design team early in the SD phase of this residential project, the WCDG team worked closely with the client to design a usable lush space. The client wanted a modern landscape that gave them privacy and tranquility. The corner lot's large oak trees and the triangular home created interesting design challenges. We worked through grading and drainage issues, while also maintaining privacy around the entire site through site walls and custom gate details. We used renders to show the client potential planting and materials. Combining renders, illustrative plans, and elevations helped the design team make site adjustments and facilitate design decisions.
